Professor Twaibu has extensive experience in applied mathematics, particularly in numerical analysis, probability, and computer science. In Uganda, he has also been involved in a number of university and secondary level mathematics subject consultancies and assignments. Twaibu has approximately 22 years of experience speaking or teaching at universities. He excels at research, research supervision and participation, administration, mentoring, outreach, and writing/creating new training programmes. Twaibu is a self-motivated, ambitious, innovative, and result-oriented mathematician with a strong background in computer science. He has a demonstrated track record of team development and leadership, as well as great communication abilities. He is self-motivated and tackles defined responsibilities with minimal supervision.
