Currently Mr. Namurebire is serving as the Director of Planning and Institutional Development at Busitema University, Paddy demonstrates exceptional leadership and managerial skills. He formulates and implements a comprehensive institutional development plan aligned with the university's strategic objectives, streamlining planning processes for efficiency and inclusivity. Emphasizing data-driven decision-making, he establishes mechanisms to collect, analyze, and utilize data to inform institutional strategies effectively. He is an accomplished Economist with extensive experience in Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) across various United Nations Agencies, local governments, ministries, and NGOs. His expertise lies in designing and implementing M&E systems for impactful projects focusing on food security, nutrition, resilience, climate change, and WASH in emergency situations. Proficient in data analytics tools such as SPSS, Stata, E-views, and Microsoft Excel, Paddy also possesses advanced knowledge in database designs, GIS, and remote sensing. With a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Statistics from Kyambogo University, a Post Graduate Diploma in Project Planning and Management from Uganda Management Institute, and a Master of Science in Quantitative Economics from Makerere University, Paddy's academic journey reflects his dedication to excellence. Paddy's focus on results and impact is evident through the robust monitoring and evaluation framework he developed for the institutional development plan. Regularly tracking key performance indicators and evaluating outcomes, he ensures the plan's success.

He is highly regarded for his ability to foster strong relationships,  engaging stakeholders such as  faculty staff, students, alumni, government agencies, and community partners, in the planning and development processes. This collaborative approach ensures the relevance and success of university initiatives.
