He is an accomplished Economist with extensive experience in Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) across various United Nations Agencies, local governments, ministries, and NGOs. His expertise lies in designing and implementing M&E systems for impactful projects focusing on food security, nutrition, resilience, climate change, and WASH in emergency situations. Proficient in data analytics tools such as SPSS, Stata, E-views, and Microsoft Excel, Paddy also possesses advanced knowledge in database designs, GIS, and remote sensing. With a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Statistics from Kyambogo University, a Post Graduate Diploma in Project Planning and Management from Uganda Management Institute, and a Master of Science in Quantitative Economics from Makerere University, Paddy's academic journey reflects his dedication to excellence.
