Ms. Naggayi Eva is a Librarian I at Busitema University at the Faculty of Engineering and Technology. She has actively participated in a number of library activities majorly ; the Setting up and re- arranging the Library at the Faculty of Engineering–Busitema Campus at the new library building. She has supervised, mentored and managed Library Assistants, Interns and Graduate Fellows to ensure smooth running of the day to day library activities . She has also Participated in the library collection development and online processing of information materials using an automated Library management system - KOHA. Ms. Naggayi has Conducted numerous information literacy and user education trainings for students and staff. She is also in charge of Planning for Campus Librarians' monthly meetings as well as daily reporting to the University. Ms. Naggayi is also a Secretary to the Library Management Committee . She is also in charge of Managing office supplies, budget float ,track inventory as well as initiating requests of procurement for the department when approved. Ms. Naggayi also Coordinates office equipment management and repair needs. Finally, she Provides technical and administrative analysis and support to the library management and planning process as it relates to budget planning, staffing, organization design and other development deliberations.
