Dr. Amabayo is a Ugandan Physicist with a Ph.D. in Physics, and with at least six years of university teaching experience. He has taught the following courses: At Undergraduate: - Atomic physics, Nuclear Physics, Solid State Physics, Geophysics, Statistical Mechanics, Quantum Mechanics, Waves and Optics, Mathematical Physics, Space Sciences and Astrophysics, and at Masters; Advanced classical Mechanics, Advanced Quantum Mechanics, Advanced Statistical Mechanics, Research Methods in Physics, Advanced Space Science and Computational Physics. He has participated in and presented papers at international conferences. He is involved in supervising student projects or research at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. he has also participated in reviewing publications with journals like Elsevier Journal. Outside teaching, he organizes or attends outreach programs, and offers services in form of sensitization to the community on Science and Technology Education. He has been an external examiner at Mbarara University of Science and Technology and Makerere University. He aims to serve humanity through teaching, training and mentoring the next generation of scientists, engineers, teachers, and technicians for a better society
