Hon. Beatrice Wabudeya currently serves as the Vice Chairperson of the Busitema University Council. She has extensive experience working with both government and non-government organizations, having worked in Ministries such as; Ministry of Education as a State Minister for Higher Education, Ministry of Presidency as the Minister for the Presidency, Ministry of Health as the Minister for Primary Health Care, and Ministry of Gender, Labour, and Social Development as the Minister of State for Gender and Cultural Affairs. She currently chairs the Presidential Awards Committee in the President's office. Beatrice holds many qualifications from various trainings in addition to a Masters of Science in Agriculture and a Bachelor of Veterinary Medicine from Makerere University
