Mr. Byaruhanga Moses is an Assistant Information Technology Officer (Web Systems) with a considerable experience in web development, server management, and database systems. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and a Master’s degree in Computer Forensics from Busitema University
Moses is very good in web programming languages such as Java, HTML, C#, PHP, and JavaScript. He is skilled in utilizing frameworks like Bootstrap for front-end design and has expertise in server management, hosting services, and database administration, including SQL and PostgreSQL. Before his current role, Moses worked as a Graduate Fellow with the University Library, where he was part of the team that played a role in the digitization and automation of Busitema University's systems and processes. He contributed to the development of key university websites, including: The Library Website, The Staff Directory Site, The Research Guides Site, A Full-Text Database integrated with the Library Management System (Koha), and The Busitema University Official Website.
- Working on the high school report card management system that will be able to print report cards using both the new and old grading system in Uganda (Prototype available)
