Biography
Godliver Owomugisha received her Bachelors and Masters degree in Computer Science from Makerere University in 2011 and 2015 respectively. She received a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Groningen in 2020. She is also a Senior Lecturer at Busitema University in the Department of Computer Engineering. Her research interests concern theoretical and practical aspects of artificial intelligence, in particular, computer vision and machine learning techniques in relation to solving real world problems.

- Low-resources spectrometry-based technologies for early disease detection in symptomatic and asymptomatic plants
