Dr. Ibrahim holds a Ph.D in Business Administration, a Master's dgree in Public administration and management from Makerere University as well as a Bachelors degree in Public administration majoring in Human Resource Management still from Makerere University. Besides, Ibrahim has a post graduate diploma in Public admininstration and a certificate in adminstrative law from Law Development center. He currently doubles as a senior lecturer and the Dean at the Faculty of Management sciences, Pallisa Campus, he has held the deanship position since 2020. Due to his administrative expertise, Dr.Ibrahim serves and chairs a number of committes with in and outside Busitema University which include but not limited to; Management committe, Busitema University, Social justice Program, Busitema University, Graduate board, Busitema University and Faculty higher dgrees committe among others. Ibrahim exhibits high level of professionalism through his ability to maintain a high standard of work output, he is conscientious in fulfilling duties and paying attention to details coupled with his ability to put in extra time as the job may require and his reslience when faced with dificult challenges. He posseses very good interpersonal skills hence having ability to work both in a multicultural and multi-ethic environment which shows his sensitivity and respect to diversity. He is such a one with the ability to speak and write clearly and effectively with excellent analytical and listening skills. Prior to Joining Busitema University, Dr. Ibrahim worked as a lecturer at Makere University Business School . His journey in Academia has seen him supervising a number of both graduate and undergraduate students including many more who are still under his guidance
