Biography

Mr. Mukungu Isaac is an expert Information Scientist with a successful track record in higher education information services. Isaac has a Masters of Science in Library and Information Studies from the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow, in United Kingdom. He has over 15 years of expertise in librarianship and information management, as well as university teaching. Prior to joining Busitema, Isaac worked as a librarian II Lira University and as a librarian at the Islamic University of Uganda from 2008 to 2018 respective
