Gregory Tweheyo (PhD), is a certified Strategist with the International Association for Strategy Professionals, he holds a PhD in Management (Strategic Management) from the University of Central Nicaragua, a Master of Arts in Economic Policy Planning, and a Bachelor of Science in Quantitative Economics from Makerere University, a Certificate in Negotiation for Financial Transactions from the United Nations Institute of Training and Research (UNITAR) and a Certificate in Intensive Negotiation Skills from Växjö University, Sweden.
He has over sixteen years of progressive professional experience in university strategic leadership and administration, public sector financial management, governance support, and institutional development. Throughout his career, he has served in senior leadership positions, including Deputy Director and University Secretary at various universities, where he has contributed significantly to institutional governance, strategic planning, policy development, and organisational transformation.
