Eng. Mubarak works as an Assistant IT officer in the Directorate ICT of Busitema University. Mubarak's responsibilities include providing ICT services to the University community on a daily basis. He began working as a Computr technician I at Busitema University in 2008. However, he rose through the ranks after obtaining various qualifications and trainings in the ICT field. Mubarak has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Busitema University, a Diploma in Computer Studies, and many short training qualifications, including CISCO courses obtained from Makerere University that are CCNA & CCNP audited. He is currently enrolled in Makerere University's Masters of Science program in Data Communications and Software Engineering. Mubarak's expertise includes, but is not limited to, server configurations for both Linux and Windows systems, network troubleshooting and maintenance, and designing and supporting computer networks.
