Since 2016, Mr. Aloysius is the Chairperson of the Quality Assurance, ICT, and Gender Committee of the Busitema University Council. Aloysius Has over 22 years of practical experience in project development, implementation, and management through working with local, international, public, and private organizations. He has extensive knowledge and experience in skills development and training, enterprise development, and entrepreneurship training, well versed in institutional and organizational development issues, technical and capacity building, contract management, development planning and development management, and organizational assessments, with in-depth knowledge of organizational learning, training, and capacity needs assessments, development of training manuals and programs and facilitating training programs.
