Mr. Omalla Wilberforce Obonyo

Mr. Willberforce Omalla serves as a Library Assistant/campus Librarian at Busitema University, Arapai Campus. 

He holds a bachelor’s degree in library and information science of Islamic University in Uganda a Diploma in Community Based Rehabilitation of Kyambogo University, Diploma in HIV/AIDS Social Care and The Community of Kampala international college and certificates in community rehabilitation and adult education respectively. He has held several leadership roles, including Chairperson LC1 and Synod member, demonstrating strong governance and community engagement.
